Our Unwind the Mind Wellness Sub Boxes have been carefully curated by ADHD brains for Neurodivergent minds and busy women who love all things that sparkle but could be struggling through Peri/Menopause. They let you explore me-time rituals at home, helping you to restore balance and calm.

What’s inside the box?
Our boxes are filled with beautiful and practical dopamine-inducing items designed to give you an overdose of positivity. Normally our boxes are a mystery but for this edition we are sharing what’s inside. It’s the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. 

This box will include:

• Funky stationery, A planner to-do list keyring to help you remember those all important items each morning and a self-care notepad to give you the permission for regular self care rituals
• All things rainbow, fidget, or sensory-based there are some wooden decorations for you to decorate including a beautiful rainbow  
• Relaxing aromatherapy An essential oil shower steamer to improve your mood and promote relaxation.
• Plus a green apple lip scrub to keep those lips soft as we come out of winter.
• Mindful talismans and positivity gifts We have included a bespoke design wooden keyring ‘love without limits’
• Wellness activities mindful colouring book and brush pens

All these things have been selected to balance the mind, emotions, and hormones, improve health, energy, skin health and more.
