Not as such, there may be the odd supplement or drink sachet, but presently we are not aiming to include food items at this time. We'll ask for your allergies & dietary requirements just in case though.

Yes, after you place your order we will be asking you to complete a short form with your box preferences and ensure we have any allergies or special requirements so we can plan for future boxes.

We are excited that our boxes will be shipped on the 2nd week of the 3rd month so that no matter what payment plan you choose your items will be shipped together.

Your first instalment will come out on the day you place your order, and then on the 1st of every subsequent month. For every 3 payments on the 3rd month your box will be dispatched to you.

If you pay for the year subscription, the minimum term is 12 months / 4 boxes.
